To provide a view within the cabinet, the Hoshizaki UR27A-GLP01 undercounter refrigerator has a glass door and bright LED interior lights. Product is stored on the floor or on one shelf, which can be adjusted to accommodate various needs. The door has a lock to secure product and it seals shut with a magnetic gasket, so air doesn't seep through any cracks. If an employee forgets to shut it, it closes on its own, and to streamline loading and unloading, it can be propped open, so it doesn't slam.
The Hoshizaki UR27A-GLP01 low-profile undercounter refrigerator operates in the range of 32 to 52 degrees Fahrenheit. To prevent it from corroding in moist environments, its evaporator is epoxy coated.
